- Flow velocity (hydrometric current meter, Zählgerät OTT Z400)
- Channel width (laser rangefinder, TruPulse 360)
- Channel depth (metallic rode from the hydrometric current meter)
- Sediment size (ruler)
- Channel slope (google earth)
