Course content
Laboratory methods for the analysis of geobiologically relevant communities of microorganisms.
Students will learn molecular biology methods commonly used for the study of microbial communities. Upon completion of this module students should be able to analyse experimental data from microbial communities of geobiological importance and communicate their results.
