Course content
This course provides students with an overview of modern geochronological techniques used to date young geological surfaces, deposits, structures, and other features. Examples of the dating methods include various cosmogenic radionuclide dating techniques, (U-Th)/He thermochronology, radiocarbon dating, and new developments in Quaternary geochronology.
